Our team has been helping clients with legal issues for many years and we have several staff members who have acted as an Expert Witness on a range of projects including noise nuisance, public enquiries, planning inquiries and Select Committee hearings.

Licensing issues

With over 25 years’ experience of working for the Licensing industry, we are in an excellent position to assess noise impact from pubs and clubs and have represented our clients in magistrates courts for “on licences” and at Local Authority Public Entertainment Licence hearings.

Design

We not only design new venues to minimise noise impact on neighbours – whether new builds or conversions of existing premises – but we also help to resolve issues at venues where noise complaints are received.

Hearing loss

We have assisted solicitors representing employees with hearing loss, assessing the extent of damage attributable to each workplace which enables employees to obtain fair compensation for their loss of quality of life.  Our professional assessments also ensure that employers are required to pay this compensation.

We recently gave evidence at Houses of Parliament Select Committee hearings, for the HS2 Hybrid Bill.
